Thanks so much for everything. Simon and his team did an amazing job of the apartment and it just looks fantastic.
Thanks so much for all you did for us - we were very happy with your service and will recommend you to everybody on the planet
Simon recently helped stage our home in preparation for it's sale. Simon has enourmous flair and an extremely good reputation in the industry. He is also a true pleasure to deal with - sensitive, patient, flexible and innovative in his thinking. We were totally confident that he would help us present our house beautifully, giving it the best possible chance to sell fast, and well. As it turned out, Simon exceeded our wildest expectations. Despite the current market, after a dynamic three-week campaign, our house sold for $101,000 OVER C.V.
Simon invested a significant amount of time with us. Consequently, he thoroughly understood our needs, the logistical issues of staging our house, and the creative possibilities of the project. We believe that Simon's investment of time and effort, and his formidable artistic talent were a magical combination. Our property looked wonderful. The look was contemporary, fresh, unpretentious and welcoming - completely appropriate for this type of house. Every detail was impeccable, and yet nothing felt contrived. One very well-heeled visitor commented, 'I was attracted to the photographs because the house looked so beautiful in them, and I love beauty. Now I am here, I'm not disappointed, it is absolutely gorgeous!'
Feedback about all aspects of his interior design was unwaveringly positive, from both estate agents and the public. The house unquestionably sold much faster, and for much more money than it would have otherwise done, as a result of being staged by Interior Concepts.
We recommend Simon's services wholeheartedly.
